  • ¾ cup olive oil

  • ½ cup fresh lemon juice

  • 2 T. sherry wine vinegar or red wine vinegar

  • 2 T. chopped basil

  • 1 T. Dijon mustard

  • 1 bay leaf crumbled

  • ½ t. thyme

  • ½ t. marjoram

  • 1 t. rosemary

  • 2 garlic cloves minced.
