TOMATO BISQUE (QUICK AND EASY)

  • 2 cans tomato soup

  • 1 (14 ½ oz) can diced tomatoes

  • 2 ½ cups buttermilk

  • 2 T chopped fresh basil

  • ¼ t ground pepper

Cook all over heat for 6-8 minutes.  Garnish with chopped basil.  Serve warm or cold.
