STEAK TARTARE

  • 1 ½ # round steak freshly ground three times, no fat

  • 1 egg

  • 1 t dry mustard

  • 1 T. Dijon
    mustard

  • 2 T A-1 sauce

  • ½ cup chopped green onion

  • 1 clove garlic chopped finely

Blend all ingredients and serve on party rye or pumpernickels.
