BAR-B-QUE SAUCE

  • 1 onion chopped

  • 2 T. vegetable oil

  • 2 T. cider vinegar

  • 2 T. brown sugar

  • ¼ cup lemon juice

  • 1 cup catsup

  • 3 T. Worcestershire sauce

  • ½ t. mustard

  • ½ cup water

  • ½ cup chopped parsley

  • Salt and Tabasco to taste

Mix all ingredients and bring to a boil.  Then low bubble for 20-30 minutes.  Use for anything, but chicken is best.  In oven for an hour.
