GRANDMA GALLAGHER’S POTATOES

  • 2 T.  butter

  • 1 T. chopped onion

  • ½ cup flour

  • 5 or 6 small potatoes, peeled and diced.

Brown the above stirring all the time.  Add ¾ cup water.  Add 5 or 6 small potatoes, peeled and diced.
