POTATO CASSEROLE

  • 2 pounds frozen hash browns

  • 1 cup chopped onion

  • 1 can cream chicken soup

  • 1 pint sour cream

  • ½ stick melted butter

  • 8 ounces grated cheddar cheese

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Thaw potatoes. Mix all ingredients.  Bake in greased casserole at 350 degrees for one hour.
