MARINADE FOR LAMB

  • 3 cloves of garlic chopped

  • 3 anchovy fillets

  • 2 T. fresh rosemary

  • ¼ cup parsley

  • ½ t. dried thyme

  • ½ t. salt

  • Pepper to taste

  • 3 T. olive oil

  • 2 T. red wine

Put all ingredients in food processor and process.
