2 LBS Italian sausage
16 oz shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 1/2 Bisquick
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 tsp powdered garlic

Mix all together and roll into balls. Place on aluminum foiled cookie sheet. Bake 20 minutes at 375.
