font-family: Calibri; font-size: small;\">Heat oil in medium skillet over medium high heat.<\/span><\/strong><strong><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Calibri; font-size: small;\">\u00a0 <\/span><\/strong><strong><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Calibri; font-size: small;\">Season lamb with salt and pepper and arrange in pan in an even patty about \u00bc inch thick.<\/span><\/strong><strong><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Calibri;
