Dijon mustard<\/span><\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Calibri; font-size: small;\">\u00bc cup champagne vinegar<\/span><\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Calibri; font-size: small;\">2 ounces pistachios<\/span><\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Calibri; font-size: small;\">4 ounces of fresh greens (I use arugula)<\/span><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Calibri; font-size: small;\">Halve or quarter the Brussels sprouts and toss in oil, salt and pepper.<\/span><\/strong><strong><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Calibri; font-size: small;\">\u00a0 <\/span><\/strong><strong><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Calibri; font-size: small;\">Either char sprouts on the grill or saut\u00e9 in a skillet on the stove.<\/span><\/strong><strong><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Calibri; font-size: small;\">\u00a0 <\/span><\/strong><strong><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Calibri; font-size: small;\">Shave the radish, onion and apple as desired and reserve.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Calibri; font-size: small;\">Render the diced bacon in a saut\u00e9 pan until cooked through.<\/span><\/strong><strong><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Calibri; font-size: small;\">\u00a0 <\/span><\/strong><strong><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Calibri; font-size: small;\">Add sugar, mustard, and vinegar to the pan with the bacon and fat and bring to a boil.<\/span><\/strong><strong><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Calibri; font-size: small;\">\u00a0 <\/span><\/strong><strong><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Calibri; font-size: small;\">Pour the mixture into a small mixing bowl.<\/span><\/strong><strong><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Calibri; font-size: small;\">\u00a0 <\/span><\/strong><strong><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Calibri; font-size: small;\">Slowly add \u00bc cup of oil while whisking to form an emulsification.<\/span><\/strong><strong><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Calibri; font-size: small;\">\u00a0 <\/span><\/strong><strong><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Calibri; font-size: small;\">Once emulsified, add salt and pepper to taste and keep warm.<\/span><\/strong><strong><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Calibri; font-size: small;\">\u00a0 <\/span><\/strong><strong><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Calibri; font-size: small;\">Mix Brussels sprouts, radish, apple, onion and pistachio with vinaigrette.<\/span><\/strong><strong><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Calibri; font-size: small;\">\u00a0 <\/span><\/strong><strong><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Calibri; font-size: small;\">Once evenly distributed, fold in greens softly to prevent wilting.<\/span><\/strong><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;
