font-family: Calibri; font-size: small;\">2 \u00bd pounds of clams scrubbed clean<\/span><\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Calibri; font-size: small;\">\u00bd cup fresh parsley chopped<\/span><\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Calibri; font-size: small;\">Add shallots and garlic and saut\u00e9 until soft and translucent \u2013 about 3-4 minutes.<\/span><\/strong><strong><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Calibri; font-size: small;\">\u00a0 <\/span><\/strong><strong><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Calibri; font-size: small;\">Add clams and wine.<\/span><\/strong><strong><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Calibri; font-size: small;\">\u00a0 <\/span><\/strong><strong><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Calibri; font-size: small;\">Cover and simmer for 6-8 minutes until clams have opened.<\/span><\/strong><strong><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Calibri; font-size: small;\">\u00a0 <\/span><\/strong><strong><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Calibri; font-size: small;\">Add chopped parsley.<\/span><\/strong><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;
