font-family: Calibri; font-size: small;\">\u00be cup dry Champagne<\/span><\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Calibri; font-size: small;\">1 cup chicken bouillon<\/span><\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Calibri; font-size: small;\">1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms<\/span><\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Calibri; font-size: small;\">1 T. butter, melted<\/span><\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Calibri; font-size: small;\">\u00bd cup whipping cream<\/span><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Calibri; font-size: small;\">Combine flour and salt.<\/span><\/strong><strong><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Calibri; font-size: small;\">\u00a0 <\/span><\/strong><strong><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Calibri; font-size: small;\">Coat chicken pieces with flour mixture.<\/span><\/strong><strong><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Calibri; font-size: small;\">\u00a0 <\/span><\/strong><strong><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Calibri; font-size: small;\">Heat 1 T. butter and oil in large skillet.<\/span><\/strong><strong><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Calibri; font-size: small;\">\u00a0 <\/span><\/strong><strong><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Calibri; font-size: small;\">Add chicken and cook for 5 minutes on each side.<\/span><\/strong><strong><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Calibri; font-size: small;\">\u00a0 <\/span><\/strong><strong><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Calibri; font-size: small;\">Place chicken in 9x9x2 baking pan and bake at 350 degrees uncovered.<\/span><\/strong><strong><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Calibri; font-size: small;\">\u00a0 <\/span><\/strong><strong><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Calibri; font-size: small;\">Pour fat from skillet and add curacao, champagne and bouillon.<\/span><\/strong><strong><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Calibri; font-size: small;\">\u00a0 <\/span><\/strong><strong><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Calibri; font-size: small;\">Bring just to a simmer.<\/span><\/strong><strong><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Calibri; font-size: small;\">\u00a0 <\/span><\/strong><strong><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Calibri; font-size: small;\">Add chicken and simmer uncovered for 20 minutes or until tender.<\/span><\/strong><strong><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Calibri; font-size: small;\">\u00a0 <\/span><\/strong><strong><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Calibri; font-size: small;\">Cook mushrooms in 1 T. butter and add to chicken along with cream.<\/span><\/strong><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;
