{"id":711,"date":"2012-08-20T20:34:31","date_gmt":"2012-08-20T20:34:31","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.margiesrecipes.com\/?p=711"},"modified":"2012-08-20T20:34:31","modified_gmt":"2012-08-20T20:34:31","slug":"pasta-with-shrimp-and-sugar-snap-peas-salad","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.margiesrecipes.com\/?p=711","title":{"rendered":"PASTA WITH SHRIMP AND SUGAR SNAP PEAS SALAD"},"content":{"rendered":"<ul>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<h1><strong>3 pounds of shrimp, peeled, deveined, and cooked until just opaque<\/strong><\/h1>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h1><strong>2 pounds of small pasta shells cooked al dente, rinsed under cold water and drained<\/strong><\/h1>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h1><strong>1 bunch scallions, white bulbs and green stalks, sliced<\/strong><\/h1>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h1><strong>1 red bell pepper,seeded and cut into fine julienne strips<\/strong><\/h1>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h1><strong>1 \u00bd pounds sugar snap peas, blanched in boiling water for 30 seconds, cooled under cold running water and drained.<\/strong><\/h1>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h1><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><strong>Dressing:<\/strong><\/h1>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h1><strong>3 T. tomato paste<\/strong><\/h1>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h1><strong>3 T. fresh lemon juice<\/strong><\/h1>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h1><strong>\u00bd cup dry vermouth<\/strong><\/h1>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h1><strong>4 hard-cooked eggs<\/strong><\/h1>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h1><strong>3 T. fresh tarragon<\/strong><\/h1>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h1><strong>3 cups Hellmann\u2019s mayonnaise<\/strong><\/h1>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h1><strong>S&amp;P to taste<\/strong><\/h1>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h1><strong>2\u00a0T. Pernod<\/strong><\/h1>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Place 2 \u00bd pounds of the shrimp in a large mixing bowl.
