Dijon mustard<\/strong><\/h1>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h1><strong>1 T. chopped fresh dill<\/strong><\/h1>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h1><strong>Salt and pepper to season<\/strong><\/h1>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h1><strong>8 slices of Brioche<\/strong><\/h1>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h1><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Pernod, Mustard and Dill Mayonnaise<\/span><\/strong><\/h1>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h1><strong>\u00bd cup mayonnaise<\/strong><\/h1>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h1><strong>1 T. Dijon mustard<\/strong><\/h1>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h1><strong>1 t. Pernod<\/strong><\/h1>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h1><strong>\u00bd t. chopped fresh dill<\/strong><\/h1>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h1><strong>Salt and pepper to season<\/strong><\/h1>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>In a large stainless steel bowl, gently, but thoroughly combine the salmon, mustard and dill.\u00a0 Liberally season with salt and pepper.\u00a0 Gently form four 5 ounce 1 inch thick burgers.\u00a0 Cover the burgers with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before using.\u00a0 Heat a well seasoned flat griddle or a large<br \/>\nnonstick saut\u00e9 pan over medium high heat.\u00a0When hot, cook the burgers for 3 to 5 minutes on each side, depending upon the preferred degree of doneness: 3 minutes on each side will yield a medium-rare burger with a warm center; 5 minutes on each side will yield a burger cooked through.\u00a0 Toast the brioche<br \/>\non the griddle or in a nonstick saut\u00e9 pan until golden brown, about 1 minute.\u00a0 Spread each slice of the brioche with a dollop of Pernod, mustard, and dill mayonnaise.\u00a0 Serve immediately.<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>20 ounces fresh salmon fillet, cut into \u00bc inch dice 1 T.
