{"id":519,"date":"2011-08-17T21:11:49","date_gmt":"2011-08-17T21:11:49","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.margiesrecipes.com\/?p=519"},"modified":"2011-08-17T21:11:49","modified_gmt":"2011-08-17T21:11:49","slug":"pork-loin-roast-tuscan-style-with-herb-salt","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.margiesrecipes.com\/?p=519","title":{"rendered":"PORK LOIN ROAST TUSCAN STYLE WITH HERB SALT"},"content":{"rendered":"<ul>\n<li>\n<h1><strong>One 7# pork loin, boned and trimmed of visible fat, bones reserved in 1 piece<\/strong><\/h1>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h1><strong>Tuscan Herb Salt<\/strong><\/h1>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h1><strong>4 10\u201d long rosemary branches<\/strong><\/h1>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h1><strong>Coarse salt<\/strong><\/h1>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h1><strong>4 oz thinly sliced pancetta<\/strong><\/h1>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h1><strong>1 t extra-virgin olive oil<\/strong><\/h1>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h1><strong>2 cups dry white wine<\/strong><\/h1>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Using a long handled wooden spoon pierce a hole through center of loin length wise.\u00a0Using fingers and spoon handle, stuff 3 T.
