Arugula<\/strong><\/h1>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Chop pancetta and fry the beegeebies out of it.\u00a0 Saut\u00e9 garlic in olive oil.\u00a0 Add lemon juice and chicken broth.\u00a0 Cook a few minutes.\u00a0 Add beans and stir quickly (don\u2019t leave them<br \/>\nin long or they will start falling apart).<br \/>\nRemove and toss in a bowl with fresh washed arugula leaves.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>3-4 slices of \u00bc\u201d thick pancetta browned crisp in 2 T.<br \/>\noil<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>1 \u00bd cup mixed beans (black, butter, and small white)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>1-1 \u00bd fresh lemons (juice of)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00bc cup dry white wine<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>1 T. finely chopped garlic<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>2 cups of College Inn chicken broth<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Arugula to taste<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Salt and pepper to taste<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>3 cloves garlic 2 T. olive oil 3 T. lemon juice 3 T. chicken broth 1 can each of black, butter, and small white beans \u00bc # pancetta cut \u00bc\u201d slices. 3 \u00bd oz.
