Italian seasoning<\/strong><\/h1>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h1><strong>\u00bd cup (or more) of white wine<\/strong><\/h1>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h1><strong>3 T. butter<\/strong><\/h1>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h1><strong>3 T. flour<\/strong><\/h1>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h1><strong>1 pint Half &amp; Half<\/strong><\/h1>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h1><strong>8 oz. sour cream<\/strong><\/h1>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h1><strong>1 T. garlic powder<\/strong><\/h1>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h1><strong>\u00be cup parmesan cheese<\/strong><\/h1>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h1><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><strong>One &amp; \u00bd # of cheese tortellini cooked al dente<\/strong><\/h1>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Saut\u00e9 chicken pieces in butter.\u00a0 Add mushrooms and cook 15 minutes.\u00a0 Remove chicken and mushrooms.\u00a0 Add artichoke hearts, Italian seasoning and wine.\u00a0 Cook 10 minutes.\u00a0 Add chicken and mushrooms.\u00a0 Put in a large Pyrex casserole.\u00a0 Make a white sauce with butter, flour and half &amp; half.\u00a0 Add sour cream, garlic<br \/>\npowder and cheese to white sauce.\u00a0 Pour over chicken mixture.\u00a0 Add tortellini and<br \/>\nback at 300 degrees for 45 minutes.\u00a0 Make sure mixture is real juicy as tortellini will soak it up in the oven.\u00a0 Serves 8-10 people.<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>3-4 boneless chicken breasts cut in bite-sized pieces \u00bc cup butter 1 # fresh mushrooms sliced 1 can artichoke hearts cut up 1 T.
